Daniel Schwartz
Daniel Schwartz is the owner of Schwartz Quality Construction, a company he officially established in 2012 after years of hands-on experience in the construction industry dating back to his early teens. Raised in the Amish community, Daniel began building log cabins at just 14 years old before eventually leaving the Amish at 17 to pursue his own path in construction. With more than 25 years of experience, he built the company on a foundation of hard work, integrity, customer service, and reliability. Known for his belief that “showing up and doing what you say you’re going to do” is what separates great builders from the rest, Daniel has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality custom homes with honesty and transparency throughout the process. Under his leadership, Schwartz Quality Construction has become known for truly custom craftsmanship, strong communication, and a commitment to treating both customers and employees with care and respect. Guided by Christian values and a passion for helping families bring their dream homes to life, Daniel takes pride not only in building homes, but in building trust and lasting relationships within the community.
Koretta Tennant
Koretta Tennant is a leader in the custom home construction industry with more than 25 years of experience spanning construction management, business development, real estate, and executive leadership. She began her career at just 18 years old in her family’s masonry construction business, quickly advancing through multiple leadership roles before becoming President of the company at age 23. Throughout her career, Koretta has helped grow organizations through strong operational systems, client-focused processes, and relationship-driven leadership. After years of success in both commercial construction and residential real estate — including being named Rookie of the Year by Columbus Realtors in 2012 and later serving as CEO of a growing real estate organization — she joined Schwartz Quality Construction, where she now leads the Custom Homes division. Passionate about helping families bring their dream homes to life, Koretta is known for her communication, transparency, and ability to guide clients confidently through every step of the building process. She believes truly custom homes should reflect the unique needs, lifestyle, and vision of each homeowner, and takes pride in creating an experience where clients feel informed, involved, and cared for throughout the journey. Guided by integrity and a commitment to doing what she says she will do, Koretta has built a reputation for professionalism, leadership, and delivering quality homes that families can enjoy for generations.
Bill Miller
William J. Miller is the General Manager of Schwartz Quality Construction and brings nearly two decades of hands-on residential construction experience to the company. He began working in construction at just 14 years old alongside his father, learning the trade from the ground up as a laborer before advancing into crew leadership and eventually overseeing complete custom home builds. Since joining Schwartz Quality Construction in 2014, Bill has played a major role in the company’s growth and evolution, helping transform it from a subcontracting operation into a fully integrated custom home builder capable of managing projects from start to finish. Known for his problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Bill takes pride in helping clients turn their dream homes into reality. He believes transparency, professionalism, and surrounding yourself with good people are key to building both great homes and strong relationships. Guided by his faith and passion for serving others, Bill is respected for his leadership, positive attitude, and ability to keep projects moving while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Whether overseeing crews, estimating projects, or solving challenges on-site, he remains focused on delivering a truly custom building experience where clients feel heard, valued, and confident throughout the process.
